A medium size product engineering software organisation is looking for a Lead HRBP position.
Candidate should be a full time MBA with 15-20 years experience .
- This role will report into the Director HR.
- This role will be primarily business partnering, and will lead a team of 4- BHR resources.
- It will involve you to work with business heads, evolve the hr strategy, people related issues, assist the business to manage, motivate and build the people in line with organisation goals ..
- Will be great to have candidates with an expertise in talent management, retention and engagement initiatives.
- Also some experience/knowledge of global mobility (specifically US, Japan, Germany regions- though US will be our primary focus).
- Tech industry experience is preferred here.
