Responsibilities:
Will be part of the HRBP team and will be aligned as a Human Resources Generalist to one of the business.
Will be driving HR engagement with business to manage key HR processes - Employee Retention, PMS, Talent Management and OD. Will also be responsible for employee engagement
- Exhibit high orientation on compliance and company values
- SPOC for business leaders on any HR related advise
- Act as a point of escalation
- Work closely with the Reward teams to manage delivery of the year-end remuneration and PMS
- On-boarding and Induction for new People Leaders
- Drive Reward & Recognition, L&D
- Lead engagement surveys
- Manage relationship with LOBs
- Coordinate with business to mitigate People and Legal risk
Experience:
- 8-12 yrs of relevant experience
- MBA from a Reputed B School is a must
- Analytical mindset and strategic thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
