Incumbent's primary role will be to support the business leaders by implementing talent strategies and programs to enhance the effectiveness of the organization in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, associate development and movement and growth of talent.
The HR Manager will link human resources strategies to business objectives: ensuring compliance with all labor laws; counseling and advising management on a variety of topics related to talent including implementation of succession and retention strategies, development planning, organizational structure and change management.

- Experience in compensation, recruiting, employee relations, organizational development is preferred (ideal mix 2 or more areas)
- Experience in leading or contributing to small to medium scale change management, re-organization, org alignment, work-force planning efforts
