The HR lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of HR initiatives related to that specific area of expertise, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and HRIS. The HR Lead is responsible for ensuring that the HR functions are aligned with the organization's goals and contribute to its overall success. This role requires a combination of HR expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectivesProcess Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts , including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning.Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters .Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior managementChange Management: Effectively manage and communicate HR changes nsuring smooth implementation and employee buy-in.Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities within adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.Qualifications:

MBA in HR / masters degree in HR with 8 to 12 yrs experience Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
