Scrabble has been mandated to hire a 'Lead HRBP' for a rapidly growing fintech organization based in Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR guidance.

- Ability to design PMS, training program & employee engagement framework.

- Provided consistent coaching to managers to address people-related challenges.

- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Over 5 years of advancing experience as an HR Business Partner in the fintech sector.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
