Description :

- The incumbent will be instrumental in implementing initiatives while simultaneously ensuring proper communication and collaboration with business's departmental heads and management.

- Leading business partnering agenda including performance management processes, compensation and remuneration programs, recruitment practices, and management decision-making.

Profile :

- 8-12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner

- International experience or having worked with a reputed MNC is required

- Prior experience in energy sector is preferred

- Ability to lead a team of HRBP professionals across geographies

- Effective negotiation and influencing skills is a must
