We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner for a leading D2C food-tech FMCG brand. Must have a degree from a top-tier institute.
This role requires driving talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement to support a fast-scaling business. If you're passionate about strategic HR, organizational design, and working closely with senior leaders to drive growth, this role is for you!
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 10-16 years
The role:
- Strategic partner/trusted advisor to key executives and their organizations.
- Works closely with leadership to define and execute business strategies that enable growth and transformation
- Establishing a deep understanding of the functional area you support in addition to the overall business and strategy
- Driving organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to identify and execute against current and future talent needs
- Engage as a consultant and coach to key leaders and their respective organizations while translating business needs into People plans and initiatives
- Being proactive with people managers and leaders to ensure we are building high-performing organizations
- Delivering all HR programs such as performance assessments, promotions, succession planning, and employee engagement plans with Excellence and global consistency
- Partnering with our People & Centers of excellence (Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition)
Must have:
- 7+ years of relevant business partner experience
- Strong cross-functional partnerships and interpersonal communication skills along with the ability to communicate with executive leadership team
- A can-do attitude, agility in navigating changes and ability to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic and very fast-paced environment
- Gather information from a variety of stakeholders and data sources in an objective, unbiased manner to raise awareness and/or drive change in the business
- Ownership of HR programs and performance management activities within the business
