- Grievance Handling
- Conducting skip level Meetings
- Organizing Employee Engagement Activities & Ensuring 100% Engagement
- Rewards & Recognition : Organizing & Coordinating
- Preparing Dashboards
- Announcing IJPs
- Coordinating with other HR heads & working on Lead indicators
- Ensuring on time Performance appraisal of employees, accepting & verifying the scores of employees
- Working with L & D team on Training of employees
Managing Performance Management System
- Attrition Controlling- Metamorphosis and EWS tracker.
- Conducting Exit Interviews.
- Issuing offer letters, appointment letters and preparing increment/confirmation / relieving & experience letters
Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA
