- Lead HRBP - Mobile Technology sector - Mumbai

- MBA HR from good pedigree HR B School with 5-8 years exp from BFSI/IT/Internet/Mobile internet technology or E -payments companies / online portals or E commerce sectors with sales hr exposure are welcome to apply

- Role is to lead the hr function for a startup venture and also to handle talent acquisition, policy formulation, PMS, Rewards, training and talent development role. Be able to function independently as an individual contributor and to be able to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with business centric strategic approach .

- Those desiring of working in a startup firms looking for personal career growth along with that of an organization as a challenge will be highly desired. Having an entrepreneurial bent of mind and energetic approach is most welcome
