Lead HRBP
Job Purpose : To manage and lead the HR business partnering role for the personal wealth management vertical.
Functional Responsibilities :
- To lead and manage Hr function for the Personal Wealth Management (PWM) business vertical of Edelweiss Wealth Management.
- Core responsibilities include senior stakeholder management, employee engagement and talent management.
- Lead and Drive Performance Management end to end for the employees of PWM business.
- Should have talent acquisition understanding of wealth business.
- Designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems.
- Work with the central team towards development of the human resources vertical of PWM business.
Qualification : Preferred Postgraduate or master's in human resource management.
Experience :
- 15 to 18 years of work thorough work experience in HR business partnering
