Responsibilities -
- Developing manpower plan basis organizational needs and budgetary approvals
- Hiring right talent in a timely manner to achieve organizational objectives
- Facilitating employee onboarding, induction training and formulation of goal sheets
- Conducting attrition analysis and propose necessary improvements related to policies and processes to retain the employee
- Facilitating employee appraisal discussions and performance calibration
- Driving employee engagement initiatives townhall, R&R, Superstars etc for enhancing employee motivation and recognition
- R&R, Superstars etc for enhancing employee motivation and recognition
- Resolving employee grievances in fair and timely manner
- Facilitating new HR initiatives by coordinating between COE teams and employees
Requirement:
- Edu: MBA HR (full time) from Tier-1/2 institute (Engr + MBA preferred)
- Industry: BFSI preferred
- Functional Expertise: Assessment skills, R&R, Labour laws and Risk Management, Hiring & Employee Relations, Consulting & Analytical Skills
- Behavioural Expertise: Business Acumen, Talent & Teams, Customer Centricity, Collaboration
