Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Lead HRBP for a fast-growing financial services firm. The role will be based out of Mumbai reporting to the CHRO.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR guidance.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to support the organization's growth and culture.
- Conduct regular employee engagement assessments and recommend actions for improvement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure HR compliance and maintain accurate HR records.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in BFSI sector with an MBA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
