HR Business Partner (sales) -Lead Role
Job Description :
- HR Business Partner responsible for developing and implementing HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results by coordinating with global stakeholders.
- HR Business Partner - Single point of HR contact for all the employee life cycle .
- Work with business leaders to monitor and manage the critical talent of the organization to ensure job satisfaction and reduced attrition.
- Conduct employee pulse surveys, 360-degree feedback and regular meetings with employees across various teams to get a pulse of the organization
- Manage employee inductions, on boarding, grievance management, day to day issues, employee engagement activities, exit formalities,
- Reimaging and execute effective On-boarding and Induction plan.
- Facilitated Goal setting exercise for the business by providing necessary support to Managers
- Designed and Implemented Communication charter for BU to improve coordination in org
