The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues.
The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
Essential Functions :
- Acts as SPOC for all HR related matter of a Business Unit/Units.
- Collaborates with HR strategy team and BU leader to develop and implement innovative employee engagement programs to enhance E-SAT (employee satisfaction)
- Ensure successful implementation of performance assessment & development framework by ensuring timely goal setting, performance review, performance development plan to drive high performance across BU.
- Risk analysis and succession planning
- Ensures all HR statutory compliances are met.
- Correct and timely inputs to Payroll for salary processing.
- Participates and contributes in org level initiatives process, policies related changes, org events, HR programs etc
- Drives 100 percent compliance on HR initiatives like Leadership development, timely closure of appraisal process, getting development reviews done in time, ensuring connect between employees & managers, org induction etc
