1. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to the needs of the organization
2. Design and establish HR processes related to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
3. Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
4. Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance evaluations
5. Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to develop and deliver effective training programs that align with business objectives
6. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices
The candidate will join as a core team member, where ESOPs are offered on top of the CTC based on market standards, contributing to shaping the future of aerospace supply chain management
