Lead - HR Analytics
Job Responsibilities:
- Creation of unified Data collection Templates, Standardized definitions, formulation of metric and Global data pool which will act as a single source of People Data.
- Work with the various function heads / Regional HR teams to ensure the data present in the various systems (like SAP, Skillate, LMS etc.) are accurate and up to date
- Reporting and tracking of the various organizational People Metrics
- Utilize advanced data analytics tools (like Power-BI / SPSS / R / Tableau) to analyze the raw data and convert them into meaningful data sets
- Continually assist with optimizing the data management for analytics, implementing changes where applicable
HR Analytics & Reporting Framework:
- Work along with HR Leadership team, various HR functions like Global Rewards, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Regional HR Heads to create analytical roadmaps, relevant Dashboards, Reporting schedule, and Reporting templates to embed analytics within the organization's DNA.
- Publishing the various HR Weekly reports, Monthly / Quarterly / Annual HR Scorecards highlighting the key trends, Challenges, opportunities for improvement and data-based solutions for the same in a timely and accurate manner
- Own complex data analysis to identify inferences and set priorities. Utilize metrics and data to deep dive into issues, uncover trends and make recommendations to the management.
- Concisely summarize data to create compelling analyses and engaging presentations.
Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders:
- Partner with HR Leadership Team, Regional HR teams, IT Team to ensure smooth implementation of HR Analytics framework.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Technology companies, Consulting Companies and other vendors.
Self-Development:
- Attend seminars, exhibitions, and training program to continuously update knowledge.
- Continuously hone up desired competencies to perform exceedingly well in the role
Candidate Requirement:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned and highly qualified person with extensive experience in implementing HR Analytics framework for a large global organisation. The individual will need to have strong experience 8 - 10 years.
S/he should have a strong executive presence, relationship building skills and an ability to make an impact with internal / external stakeholders.
Education and Experience Guidelines
Minimum Degree: MBA /PGDM/MCA/BTECH with minimum 8-10 years from a tier 1 management institute along with Certified HR Analytics Program. S/he must possess Strong skills in HR Analytical Tools and Technology (like Power-BI / SPSS / R / Tableau) along with good working experience of MS Office Suite.
