Role And Reposibilities:
- Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards using business intelligence tools (Power BI, SF-Canvas and Story, ADP Reporting, Workday Reporting, Hive and SQL Queries).
- Provide stakeholders with actionable insights into workforce trends and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure that reporting solutions meet business needs and prepare and generate regular payroll reports, including payroll summaries, tax reports, earnings and deductions, and other benefits and statutory reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/post Gradute in any field.
- Over 11 years of work experience in an HR Analytics role
- Expereince in using BI tools and and reporting tools
