HR & Admin Lead Hiring
Our client is a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the retail space through a new subscription service for women's clothing.
Our client is looking for high-energy individuals who can lead their HR and Admin function :
Responsibilities :
- Own company policy document and employee handbook
- Campus hiring and other hiring thru referral, consultants & Portals
- Design & implement HRIS system
Training & Learning : Formalize process of T&L
KRA setting : Create KRA framework for departments, evaluation process
- Employee feedback process : Process to take employee satisfaction scores, exit interviews. Plan to improve employee satisfaction
- Statutory compliance
- Administration: Ensure employees needs are taken care, enhance facilities, negotiate with suppliers to bring down admin expenses, set up SLA's, measure performance for suppliers
Experience& Skills :
- 6 - 8 years total work experience in a HR function
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing team of HR exces.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good analytical skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
Education : MBA in HR / Graduate with 10+ years experience with proven abilities in HR can also be considered
