Location : Ahmedabad

Looking for an experienced FP&A Lead for a Capability Center (GCC) based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive business performance. Experience in working with global stakeholders and a proven track record in a similar leadership position within a GCC or shared services is essential.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.

- Develop robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and business plans.

- Ensure that all MIS and analyses are delivered within set deadlines.

- Maintain high accuracy in reporting and ensuring that data integrity is preserved across all financial deliverables

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and analysis that provide actionable insights for decision-making.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of FP&A analysts and finance professionals.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as business leaders, department heads, and external partners, to understand their financial needs and deliver relevant insights.

- Continuous co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders for feedback on the quality and timelines of the services to meet the stakeholders' expectations.

- Ensure that all FP&A activities comply with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Strengthen governance framework and ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls w.r.t. data governance.

- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
