Job Description

Focus

Senior Business owner for LTE Broadcast (eMBMS) service.

Overall responsibility for End to End solution design, architecture.

Prepare requirement document for EPC network elements (MME, SGW, PGW, HSS, PCRF, DRA, SPR, UDR, GMLC, E-SMLC, eMBMS-GW, BM-SC, CBC, ANDSF, Local GW, Home eNodeB GW).

Responsible business owner for definition, implementation and launch of services based on 3GPP standards technology eMBMS (enhanced Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service).

Evaluating strategic options for commercialization of broadcast services in mobile networks.

Defining and elaborating a sustainable business case for service introduction.

Supervising and leading all business related activities required for service introduction and operation.

Liaisioning with involved internal and external stakeholders technology, regulatory, content provider.

Assist Core Three Team to define business cases, use cases for the E2E solution including build pricing model and work on meeting margin and cost thresholds.

Expertise Profile

Proven track of executive functions in the electronic media business.

Thorough experience on electronic media content acquisition, distribution and marketing (from a wholesale and end user perspective).

Proven ability to define and implement new business strategies.

Preferably technical expertise on mobile networks.

Leadership experience (inhomogeneous teams).

Entrepreneurial attitude, senior appearance, impacting personality.
