Position - Lead - GTM Strategy & Success

Reporting to: Head - Product Development & GTM

Location: Lower Parel

- Product Launch or Product Management (Health or Life Insurance only) experience.

- Stakeholder management skills

Job Profile:

1. Driving health portfolio strategy, formulation and setting up of processes for the function.

2. Interacting with Sales & Distribution, UW, Marketing, Claims, Analytics and Actuarial Team for review/follow up and finalizing launch plan for all products.

3. Contributing to growth of business by regular interactions with distributors

4. Analysing the performance of health insurance products on regular intervals and taking proactive actions to control & normalize the portfolio in consultation with sales and claims team.

5. Preparing reports for Management Committee on regular intervals on the performance of product portfolio and fine tune operations as per the business requirement.

6. Analysing incurred claims ratio, review of portfolio and taking proactive action for loss control measures.

7. Providing technical leadership, direction, governance, challenge, support, guidance and advice to Sales and Underwriting colleagues to deliver market-leading products, secure profitable business and develop the underwriting function in line with the global product strategy.
