Lead - Group Insurance Business, Fintech - Mumbai

Brief description of the role :

- To develop and implement comprehensive business /sales strategy for group insurance business.

- Life Insurance, Health insurance (GMC), General insurance , Travel insurance.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Group insurance client base.

- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders within the LOB , Sales team , Corporates to enhance the client base.

- Build and optimize processes and workflows for conducting group business Leveraging technology to enhance the service delivery.

- Address diverse client needs , manage quotations with respective Insurance companies (creation , negotiation and closure).

- Address client concerns if any and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Ensure the business activities are complied with business, internal and regulatory.
