Lead - Government Relations & Compliance

- Minimum 12 years of experience in governance, government regulatory, compliance, corporate affairs, policy governance and advocacy .

- Experience of managing all aspects of government regulatory compliance and corporate governance

- Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while promoting good corporate governance practices

- Aligning processes and actions with the organisation's business goals.

- Identifying and addressing all of the organisation's risks.

- Ensuring all activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.

- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with government authorities.
