Lead - Governance - IT

Role:

- We have an exciting role for a Director - Governance in a leading IT Firm to help drive impactful operational excellence through Project Management, Financial Controls and Resource Management. This might be a great fit if you have a strategic acumen of building and growing a critical practice and seamless execution.

- The Director will be responsible for project governance and delivery framework across the firm's internal and external clients. You will bring forth strong leadership in project management & governance, financial controls, and direction to how we deliver the projects with the firm's global clients and own company's Resource Management function

- You will report to the Global Leaders, India Leadership and Business Unit Heads. You will also be leading a team of Project Managers, Controllers and Resource Managers.

Requirement:

- A Bachelor's/ Master's degree with 12+ years' experience in governance and project management, including 5+ years managerial experience

- Relevant experience in the sectors including advertising, digital, media planning and buying, communications, technology, consulting/ professional services, and entertainment

- Well versed with Project Controls and financial reporting

- Handled Resource Management/Staffing for the entire organization

- Certification in Project Management is an advantage

- Process orientation with excellent attention to details

- Professional demeanour and presentation with ability to interact with Leadership Team/leaders and their direct reports & Strong Communication

- Ability to assimilate and disseminate information quickly

- Project management orientation and driven with ability to multi-task across several areas of competing focus

- Ability to manage senior relationships across all the Business and Functional areas

- Ability to handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts and negotiate with others in a virtual/ global environment

- Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, strong culture awareness

- Highly developed skills in priority setting and alignment of project priorities with Departmental strategy

- Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals

- Ability to get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolve problems

- Ability to travel within India and overseas depending on business need.

We are looking for candidates who have handled Multiple project at a time with experience is Financial control and Resource Management. 4-5 PM's reporting directly to.
