Urgent Opening for Lead Governance Role - Leading Private Bank

CTC : Depends on Interview.

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : LLB / MILS

Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure Policy is aligned to statutory and regulatory norms

2. Ensure employment contracts (Appointment letter) and Policy is aligned

3. Ensure Policy is benchmarked and updated with latest norms (from time to time)

4. Create new policies mandated which are approved by MD and Head HR

5. Educate and create awareness campaigns on policies with employees and update the same for Induction (postmaster, online and via regional HR Teams)

6. Review Code of Conduct and ensure education/ awareness

7. Review and update HR Policy annually with NRC

8. Keep a repository of key processes

9. Update processes and seek approval from MCAP

10. Metrics for measurement for processes being followed (Work with HR analytics for the same)
