Go-to-Market Lead
Role : Lead Go-To-Market (GTM)
Responsibilities :
- Build an advantaged GTM (Go-To-Market) system by leveraging emerging trends in the General Trade (Traditional Trade) environment.
- Plan and implement GTM AOP and LRP priorities across Rural and Urban Markets.
- Keep an eye on the best-in-class industry practices and get a consistent outside in view.
- Build adequate and quality relationships among all key partners ; Urban Distributors & Rural Super Stockists though relevant channel engagement programs.
- Support Regional teams in driving the targeted GTM objectives in the regions.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA from a premier B school (Preferably 2013 / 2014 batch)
- Experience in Line Sales-Zonal Sales Head/GTM/Sales Development.
