Global Demand Management Lead
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the Global CRM and marketing automation system, and ensure a high adoption and performance among the global marketing community . Train marketers and evangelize usage.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams on all levels of the organization to ensure strong alignment in the Go-to-Market and to share best practices.
- Manage and lead the email and calling channels globally
- Work closely with web and social media to ensure one view to all marketing campaigns across engagement mediums.
- Ensure adherence to benchmarks, best practices, and processes for all campaigns.
- Work with the analytics team and develop campaign performance reports on all levels and across engagement mediums.
- Within the shared services team, be responsible for the channels stream, managing and developing capabilities and people, ensuring a culture of collaboration.
Experience and Background Required :
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing, in a B2B scenario (B2C optional)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot Marketing automation
- Strong experience in managing cross-channel Go-to-Market campaigns
- Experience in digital ( web and social media)
- Deep expertise in analytics and reporting
- Very good business understanding, Sector and / or Service industry
- Experience in dealing with top management
