About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in the Automotive industry and Product Engineering Services. This role will focus on generating high-quality L3 and L4 leads, primarily in the automotive sector, and driving business growth through strategic lead generation efforts. You will leverage your knowledge of automotive engineering and related services to develop and execute effective lead gen campaigns, as well as collaborate with sales teams to convert these leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and generate L3/L4 leads for automotive clients, focusing on product engineering services.

- Targeting and Prospecting: Build and maintain a solid pipeline by identifying key decision-makers, conducting outreach campaigns, and qualifying leads across various automotive sub-sectors such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other automotive technology companies.

- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead nurturing and conversion processes.

- Strategy Development: Develop and implement lead generation strategies specific to the automotive and product engineering services markets to ensure high-quality leads are generated and targeted effectively.

- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on factors such as project size, scope, and fit for our engineering services, with a focus on moving high-potential prospects down the sales funnel.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting of lead generation activities.

- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our automotive engineering services, nurturing relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8-12 years of experience in Lead Generation with a focus on Automotive and Product Engineering Services.

- Proven track record in generating L3/L4 leads in the Automotive industry, particularly for Product Engineering and R&D services.

- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and challenges, with an ability to engage in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
