Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech, MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in a Lead generation.
- Good to have - Proficiency in marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, etc.) to convert website visitors into leads, and then nurture them into qualified leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Should be able to lead a team.

Candidate should be good at
1. Market Research :
- Conducting in-depth market research to identify key insights and industry trends.
- Work directly with stakeholders regarding industry trends and planning the direction of lead generation initiatives.
- Collect data on prospects, competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
2. Marketing/Lead generation :
- In-depth working knowledge on Email Marketing.
- Ability to create impactful email messaging.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Co-ordinate closely with the sales team.
3. Sales Enablement :
- Experience in creating Marketing collaterals, pre & post-sale support documents.
- Helping drive business requirement discussions with clients to identify how Softdel's products & services can help them achieve business objectives.
- Create a customized pitch deck with relevant case studies.
