This is an Individual contributor role heading HR for an employee base of 100 people and reporting into the MD.
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Managing the manpower requirement and focusing on Talent acquisition strategy
- Driving the entire employee life cycle for the scale of employees from hire to retire
- Driving the compensation and total rewards strategy in close partnership with the global teams
- Managing the performance management/ appraisal process linking it to the rewards system
- Conceptualizing, developing and executing training needs and capability building programs
- The ideal candidate comes with 10-12 years experience in HR and has worked in Startups or Consumer tech platforms.
- This is a role that requires you to be proactive and disruptive and work independently
