Technical/Functional Competencies Required:

1. Capability Building - Build New Functional Academies for different functions to enhance their capability building by identifying the needs and design & develops training interventions

2. Capability Building - Create Interventions to Develop/Identify and Deliver based on the need of Businesses

3. L&D Analytics - Function Effectiveness - Create metrics and dashboard for L&D

4. Program Effectiveness - To analyse the effectiveness of the program to ensure the objectives are the program are delivered

5. Communication & Presentation and Branding of L&D achievements by supporting in Building awareness around key L&D initiatives like Flagship Programmes to encourage participants to join the development journey

Job / Activity:

1. Conduct Training Needs Analysis exercise.

2. Create Competency Building Matrix

3. Launch & Implement functional programs with high feedback score from Participants and Leaders.

4. Identify the right metrics for capturing the feedback to understand the effectiveness

5. Design and Analyse data from Dashboard

6. Identify the metrics for L&D function to measure the effectiveness.

7. Support in Monthly and Quarterly reporting through newsletters on all L&D initiatives.

8. Support in Developing Mailers, Logos and other communication material for learning events

9. Measure the awarenss of the programs by employees through a quarterly survey
