Lead - Functional Capability - Learning Interventions - Retail

This role will be of an individual contributor. Will have to work/interact with Business heads across business

This person will be responsible for managing learning interventions for the following-

Manufacturing School

Creative School - Designers, VM, Brand & Marketing

Others - HR,IT, Finance, SCM

The person should-

Have the experience in building capability across functions independently

Be from Best in Retail Industry

Minimum 7-10 yrs of experience with 5 years of experience in L & D driving talent initiatives.

Preferable MBA in HR
