Hiring for Lead-Fraud Control

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for costing and budgeting of the region.

- Capacity management to have the optimum network of manpower and agencies across the region.

- Lay down Fraud Control activities in consultation with Head - FCU / CRO for all line of business under HFCL for the Region.

- Preparation and adherence to calendar for Investigation, mystery shopping and other fraud control measures

- Monitoring timely delivery of TAT and Quality through periodic and systematic review of State/Location FCU Managers.

- MIS control and review for the region and presentation to Senior management.

- Review and recommend policy suggestions based on root cause analysis of fraud perpetration basis investigation outcome.

- Periodic review and assessment of Vendor performance and recommend changes & improvement.

- Stakeholder management with different departments to ensure seamless FCU support for ultimate organizational goals.

- To conduct periodic cross functional Training in the Region and track the effectiveness through the respective State /Location FCU managers.

- External & Internal FCU investigation and reporting with evidence for the Logical conclusion.

- Ensuring an effective market intelligence / networking to pre-empt prevalent frauds in the market.

- Active member of the peer group at region / state / location level.

- New Initiatives to be proposed to strengthen the Fraud control process of the organization
