Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise expansion strategy
- Scout, Identify and evaluate potential franchisees and markets for expansion.
- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with franchise partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful franchise launches and operations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive analysis.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts for the franchise LOB (line of business).
- Monitor performance, provide support & ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Train, support and create an LOB that is viable for partners, Company and high on NPS for customers & franchise partners
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all franchise operations
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of 5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or institutional sales.
- Overall work experience of 8-10 years
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of franchising models, contract negotiations, and legal aspects.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Qualifications:
- MBA with at least 5+ years of experience in sales & operations (B2C)
- Prior experience in managing franchise operations and developing franchise networks is a must
- Prior experience of setting up and operating offline stores is a big plus
- Strong biz fundamentals, PnL thinking and comfort with numbers is desired
