Job Description : Opportunity to lead R&D division for a global leader in bakery ingredients
Leadership role in facilitating growth of the Innovation Centre
Client Details :
Our client is a global leader in production and distribution of bakery ingredients with operations spread across more than 30+ countries and sales in over 100+ countries
Description :
- Direct the New Product Development Teams towards creating sustainable product pipelines for sweet bakery and bakery ingredients portfolio
- Lead the Innovation Centre teams to broader technologies like protein technologies, natural solutions and functional flours, to deliver superior results
- Work in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, institutions and ingredient suppliers towards positive impact on New Product Development and better value creation for customers
- Recommend the management towards potential and strategic acquisition opportunities in line with organisation long term goals
- Assist with CAPEX plans, project management, raw material, packaging, shipping, and similar manufacturing support to ensure process excellence and operational efficiency
- Provide insights and suggest disruptive/innovative technologies for the management to achieve efficient manufacturing capabilities
- Liaise with Human resource team to ensure talent requirements, trainings and adequate development goals for the R&D teams
- Ideal candidate must have a proven track record of building sustainable product pipeline in sweet bakery portfolio
- Experience in building cake based product portfolio will be highly desirable
- Proven track record of leading R&D Teams with strong stakeholder management skills
