Lead - Fixed Income Structuring - BFSI

Work within the FI Structuring team in Bangalore.

Specific responsibilities include

- Product development in Structured Rates & Credit

- Knowledge of Interest rates/credit modelling and pricing techniques

- Credit and Rates structuring (legal, accounting, capital and tax aspects of trades)

- Working with Sales team on pitches, structured solutions and client discussions

- Knowledge of XVA analytics/pricing

- Familiarity with capital and accounting regulation

Impact on the Business/Function

Work within the Global FI structuring teams on :

- Product development

- Idea generation

- Display subject matter expertise, technical awareness, and excellent stakeholder management

- Structuring products based on research themes

- Support execution of structured transactions including securing internal approvals from relevant control groups

Customers / Stakeholders

- Key resources in FI team in Bangalore

- GBM Service Centre management in Bangalore

- Global Structuring team, FI Trading and Sales as well as FI management in London

- Control groups relevant to FI Structured business - Market Risk, Credit Risk, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Reg Capital, Operations etc.

- Internal Collaboration - Develops close and effective working relationships within respective Functions /Businesses

- As part of the team to develop a good relationship with the London team, to ensure communication lines are fluid.

Imp:

- 8 years- experience in FI structuring

- Strong FI product and structuring knowledge, would have worked on financing solutions.

- Masters Degree from top tier management school or financial engineering school

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Strong technical skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with very strong analytical skills.

- Motivated and a quick learner

- Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively in line with business priorities
