a) All India fixed Asset capitalization in SAP for approximately Rs. 40 crs annually

b) Shift factor upload in SAP and monthly depreciation.

c) Review of Capital work in progress

d) Review of Capital Funding request raised by Operation team

e) Partnering with business on capitalization requests and related review

New Capital Projects

a) Analysis of Project cash flow and business plan

b) Analysis of Project IRR, NPV and recommendation

c) Post capitalization review in comparison to original plan.

Fixed Asset Control -

a) Annual Impairment Review for Fixed Asset

b) Annual review of useful life of Fixed Asset as per Companies Act 2013

c) Annual review of componentization of Fixed Asset as per Companies Act 2013

d) Annual Review of Capex Manual

Physical verification of Assets

a) Monitoring of Fixed Asset verification on all India basis

b) Recommendation on fixed asset write off and scrapping

MIS, Reporting and Audit

a) Monthly review of capex spends vs budget

b) Monthly Fixed Asset reporting to the Accounting team

c) Quarterly/Annual Fixed Asset Schedules for the Auditors

d) Completion of Quarterly and Annual Audit in line with applicable Accounting Standard.
