1. Policies Processes - Business process definition, conversion into process and policy manual, ongoing review of defined processes and policy manual for re-engineering to align with business requirements

2. Business Process and Internal Controls Improvement - Process review for changes, Reconciliations Review, RCA for failures and Course correction

3. Ensure all new business facing requirements are duly managed

4. Drive automations of all reconciliations

5. Financial integration of systems /Inter-company /Server and ensure ease of doing business with no loss of control

6. Drive automation for all tax and inventory requirements
