Description - FPNA Lead will be a part of the Business Finance Team.

Reporting to- Business Finance head

Job Description :

- Produce accurate and timely monthly MIS and other management reports

- Prepare consolidated group financials working with business partners and other teams for annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercise

- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organisations.

- Dive deep into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance / cause of any unexpected variances

- Support the strategic initiatives of the company, including acquisitions and investment appraisal, by providing financial planning and modelling skills

Profile :

As the ideal candidate, you are a CA/CFA/Cost accountant with 8-10 years of experience out of which 6 - 8 years in FP&A role independently managing similar function.

Candidates to apply for this role should come with an experience of working in Tech/IT es organisations.
