Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis - Manufacturing Firm

Qualification -Post Graduation/ Professional Qualification ( CA / CWA/ MBA Finance) (Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting)

Years of experience: 10-14 Years

Ready to work in shift timings : 02:00PM to 11:00 PM

WORKS WITH : In this position you are part of the Finance GBS FP&A team and work closely with the local and corporate finance teams and CFOs as well as with other business partners.

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

- The candidate will be a seasoned finance professional, with sound business judgment, knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, and a proven track record of performance. He/she will be operationally involved and attuned to the urgency, pace and energy of the organization.

- He/she will be a professional with proven analytical skills and the ability to manage financial tasks in the most efficient and effective way. He/she has a good understanding of planning & reporting systems and feels the urge to improve systems & processes. He/she will contribute to team efforts by successfully performing tasks that have been allocated, keeping everyone informed of progress.

- Communication and (internal) stakeholder management with higher management levels within the Global COMPANY organization is required in this process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Support the financial consolidation process of COMPANY commercial business - for example monthly data reporting (daily sales reports, monthly Flash sales reports, monthly package to CFO, Dashboards etc.)

- Budgeting (AOP), Forecasting, LRP (Long Range Plans), Variance analysis etc.

- Assist with preparation of presentation materials - such as consolidated quarterly and annual P&L, consolidated revenues reports etc.

- Maintain key planning systems such as Hyperion Planning

- Conduct and support ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed

- Be an effective back up; provide ad-hoc business support on business cases and projects.

- Process documentations and certifications - will have to ensure that all process are appropriately documented and periodically certified by team members on regular basis.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS :

- Minimum of degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent - a must

- Solid accounting or finance analytical background - a must

- Budget/P&L management - a must

- Fluent verbal and written communication in English - a must

- Experience as finance business partner or cooperation with global finance team - is a strong plus

- Knowledge of Hyperion planning, SAP and Qliksense / Qlickview - is a strong plus

- Organized, flexible and self-motivated personality

- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Excel

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work and develop complex data models

- Good process skills to manage and improve complex processes cross functional.

- Experience in fast-paced multinational matrix organization

- Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills

- Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers

- Ability to work effectively under pressure

- Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall Finance department's goals and objectives
