Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis & Costing

- Collaborate with departments to develop annual and quarterly budgets, maintain financial models for forecasting, and update forecasts to reflect market changes and business goals.

- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, analyze financial data for trends and opportunities, and communicate financial performance to senior management through executive summaries.

- Investigate and explain variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, identify key drivers of financial performance, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

- Assist in long-term financial planning and strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights, analyzing potential investments, acquisitions, and capital projects for financial viability.

- Analyze and control costs to improve efficiency and profitability, develop cost-benefit analyses for cost-saving measures, and implement strategies to manage expenses across the organization.
