- Financial Planning- Annual plan, Forecasting, Monthly Tracking with Initiating corrective action

- Month End Closing- MIS reporting, Profit freezing

- Finalization of AOP along with Business

- Monthly Review with Management

- Helping business on review of commercial proposals

- Achievement of Overall Revenue and EBITDA Nos. as per AOP

- Allocation of quarterly marketing budget in line with Revenue forecast and driving the tracking with controller.

- Reporting of Business Contribution and highlighting odd ones for corrective actions.

- Benchmarking with competition and recommendation on overall marketing budget as % of revenue.

- Product cost analysis and helping Mfg. head for optimization plans

- Optimization of Material & Capex cost through competitors & Vendor Analysis

- Optimizing the Working Capital

- Working with Credit Control Team

- Working with SCM Team to Optimize Inventory

- Raising the timely alerts for Cashflows/Liquidity

- Business Partnering

- Business Analysis of all related areas

- Audit Assistance

- Others work as per management discretion.

Education & Exp.

Qualified CA with 10-12 yrs of exp

Excellent Analytical, communication and presentations skills.
