Title: Lead Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Overview:

As the Lead of Financial Planning & analysis, you will be responsible for leading the financial analysis budgeting and strategic planning functions. You will work with senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making and contribute to the financial success of our organisation.

Core Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of Financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trend variances and opportunities for improvement

- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and inputs for budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

- Monitor budget performance and provide insights to help control costs and optimize resource allocation.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance.

- Assist in creating dashboards and reports for management to monitor KPI's

- CA Qualification is mandatory.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Financial analysis and planning

- Strong Analytical and Quantitative skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Financial Modelling.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
