Lead Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Overview :

- The FP&A role is responsible for providing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis support to assist the organization in making informed strategic decisions. This position plays a pivotal role in monitoring financial performance, identifying trends, and driving financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning and Budgeting :

- Collaborate with departments to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

- Assist in the creation of financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.

Forecasting and Analysis :

- Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Analyze key financial metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations.

- Identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact financial outcomes.

Reporting and Dashboards :

- Create and maintain financial reports, segmental reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

- Present financial data and insights to senior management and department heads.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

Financial Modelling :

- Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.

- Analyze the financial impact of various strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.

Strategic Planning :

- Assist in the development of the organization's strategic plan.

- Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives and projects.

- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications :

- CA, CFA, MBA-Finance may be preferred.

- Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting for NBFC.

- Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and Excel.

- Knowledge of financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
