Minimum Educational Qualifications required for the job:

- Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

- MBA from reputed institute (preferred)

- Minimum years of Experience required for the job 8 to 9 years of Experience in Financial planning & Analysis FMCG (Trading and Mfg sector) preferred.

Reports to : Manager - Finance, Accounts & Risk.

Role : Team Lead for FP&A

Position Summary:

Accountabilities:

- Overall responsible for risk management - Market Price risk, Credit risk, counter party performance risk etc.

- Perform analysis of revenue performance and growth, profit and loss reports, revenue reports, working capital movements.

- Compile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that requires senior management's attention.

- Liaise and organize financial data from accounting and execution department

- Forecasting & Budgeting

- Developing and implementing risk & MIS reports

- Support in implementation of the BI tools necessary for the role

Level of Responsibility: High

Delegation of Responsibility: will have two reportees

Job Description:

Job Profile:

o Responsible for the daily counter party risk report for all commodities, liaise with all other departments (Trade, execution and finance) to ensure accuracy and completion of risk report

o Responsible for preparation and review of various management reports, like debtors /creditors ageing reports, contract ageing reports, price variance reports etc, on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and other risk mitigation reports.

o Responsible for the carry charge working on monthly basis across commodities and its automation in ERP and Qlik

o Custodian for process of credit approval for counter parties in COFACE and ensure compliance with global credit risk policy

o Responsible for daily position reporting in APEX/Delta and calculation of daily P&L for all commodities. Manage commodity hedging with DBS and provide timely and accurate report to global risk team

o Review data on historical and future trends in performance and develop exception reporting for management for business processes. Provide and prepare Ad-hoc request information for the management and group reporting team.

o Working with individual departments, to prepare budgets and consolidate them in to overall budget of the Company.

o Generate improvised dashboards to support reporting and analytics such as KPIs, metrics, financial reports for the management.

o Financial Modeling and Perform business case and ROI analysis for all new and existing products and services and monitored their performances accordingly.

o Review of all the reports and working towards Automation of the reports.

- Detailed understanding of the P & L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital.

- Proficiency in BI tools and MS Office.

- Data driven, analytical and tech savvy, disciplined, objective and detailed oriented.

- Knowledge of IFRS, IND AS & US GAAP

- Experience in managing a small team

Behavioral Competencies:

- Strong Analytical Skills, business acumen and understanding of business operations, ability to understand business models and linkage to strategy. Effective communication and documentation skills.
