Lead - Financial Operations Excellence - Pharma/FMCG/Manufacturing Firm

Position reports to : Group Costing & Planning Lead

Qualification :

- MBA in Finance from a premier B-school

- Candidates Preferably from Pharma/FMCG/Other Manufacturing businesses.

Responsibilities :

- Anchor and drive management of strategic projects to effect better use of financial resources across business teams in GMO

- Drive and Steer the Productivity Unlock and Value realization from Operational Excellence initiatives including those from improved Capacity utilization, plugging value leakage, strategizing financial models for different business archetypes etc

- Engage and drive process improvement projects across Finance touchpoints across the value chain

- Assists in the creation of metrics to monitor performance, operational improvements and financial benefit

- Create governance models/forums and monitor adherence to plan to ensure seamless execution and Value realization

- Collects and analyses data, identifies opportunities, develops solutions, implements improvements and helps unlock productivity.

- Challenges leaders as necessary to develop an action-base culture of continuous improvement and accountability to improve key metrics

Teams to deal with:

Internal - Plant heads, Finance teams, Procurement, Supply Chain teams, IT, GMO Leadership team

External - Customers, Business partners
