We are having an opportunity with a leading organization in Chemical Industry :

Designation: Lead Marketing Finance (PAN India Role) (Sales & Marketing Finance Role)

Reporting to Finance Controller

Qualification: CA / ICWA

Total Years of Experience: 8 to 12 Years

- This role will be responsible for leading customer, schemes, revenue and inventory management along with business teams through periodic dashboards and review process. The role will act as a link between business and finance to proactively support in issue resolution relating to credit management, Schemes, Net Realizable Value (NRV) and delivery against targets. In addition, the role will ensure Compliance to internal controls and audits processes.

- Understand various marketing schemes and provide inputs to strengthen the effectiveness and controls in scheme management to Sales Head.

- Co-ordinate and provide support to respective business MIS team to ensure effective and efficient execution of revenue targets and cost takeout initiatives

- Support the Finance Controller in review/development of Financial Policies and Controls for the organization.

- Identify any areas of internal accounting and control weaknesses or potential risk and map the same with adequate provisions.
