Lead - Finance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Finance Lead (Female Only+ MBA from Premier B School)

- Monthly, quarterly, annual forecasting and reporting of financials

- Lead the budgeting and planning cycle in partnership with the with the business teams

- Develop and implement standardized processes to continually improve the reporting standards

- Partner with various stakeholders- Business, Projects, Operations, HC, Finance and other functions to evaluate and develop new standard reports to review business performance

- Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified;

- Provide insightful analysis and review of business performance to senior stakeholders, including Capex, Headcount and Sales Churn;

- Work in collaboration with the various stakeholders to integrate the various process of acquired companies with the rest of the business

- Build and develop financial models, perform deep dive analysis to maximise business performance.

- Working closely with the Senior Leadership in delivering presentational outputs for discussion with the Executive team and Board;

Qualification:

- MBA with 7-10 years of Corporate experience

- Strong background in Finance and Accounting and excellent at oral and written communication

- Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel

- Strong Presentation skills

- Excellent collaborator and go getter
