Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling independently the complete payroll process.
- Timely completion of payroll process.
- Reconciling all payroll related accounts on a monthly basis.
- Communication with employees about timeliness and changes.
- Work with Payroll Vendor and the Corporate Finance team for the smooth functioning of the Payroll and other HR Finance Function.
- Drive the monthly budgeting with the Corporate Finance Function.
- Ensuring statutory compliance like Taxation, PF, Gratuity, Retiral Benefits, Insurance etc.
- Tracking, streamlining and reconciliation of payments to external agencies, such as Resourcing Vendors, Hardware/Software Vendors, etc.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
- Chartered Accountant or CA Intermediate with 4-5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance, and Accounting.
- Thorough understanding of Payroll Processes and Procedures, Compliances, Taxation, PF, Gratuity, Benefits, Insurance, etc.
- Experience working with third-party Payroll vendors and outsourced Corporate Finance Function.
- Familiarity with the application of Internal Controls and Audits.
- Proficient with Google Office Tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, agencies, etc
- Knowledge of Salesforce Application is an added advantage.
