Our client is a leading multinational architecture, design, planning and consulting firm. The company is spearheaded by a dynamic team that brings to the table vast entrepreneurial and architectural experience with them from reputed organizations.

As a Lead Finance Controller, you will be :

- Managing all accounting operations including A/P, GRIR, GL Accruals, Depreciation and Revenue Recognition for the Company and its sister concern in India

- Reviewing of the General Ledger for accuracy of accounting, accruals and monthly closure of books

- Preparing the budget and monthly / Quarterly financial forecasts and report variances along with the analysis on the Variances for Opex, and preparing monthly financial forecasts by business and Departments within the timelines

- Publishing of the monthly MIS -expenditure along with the relevant analysis and scenarios

- Leading month-end and year-end close process and timely conclusion of audit within the agreed timelines

- Preparing of Cash Flow and Managing working capital requirements

- Being responsible for the assisting in regulatory reporting including statutory filing, statistics board, Tax Authorities etc.

- Researching and implementing technical accounting and tax issues for compliance

- Ensuring quality control over financial transactions

- Monitoring day to day accounting- revenue recognition, expenses booking, cash booking and collections and Vendor payments as well as allocation of common costs

- Managing and complying with Ind AS and Group Accounting Policies

- Preparing consolidated financial statements for statutory reporting for the Group

- Taking overall incharge of the Financial Risk Management

- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Maintaining strong focus on automation as well as process improvements

- Managing team, Vendors and key stakeholders

What you need to have :

- CA with experience as Financial Controller in a Mid Sized Firm preferably form ITES Sector or a Manufacturing Unit

- At least 5 + years of experience in handling all sections of Finance and control

- Demonstrates high level of personal and intellectual integrity

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
